Football! Mike and Beth's favorite sport! I am watching and listening and it sounds like fun. I have my football.... I keep hearing about this Favre guy. I am younger than him so I bet I could do what he does. I wonder if the Vikings would be interested in me? If I practice this fall and stay in shape I think I will try out next year. I don't know if I should be a quarterback or a fullback. I don't even know what that means....I think I better get on google and do some research. I have a feeling I will be seeing A LOT of this sport this fall. Mike and Beth talk about it all the time! They say they can't wait! Must really be something.... I guess I am a Viking's fan -- at least to start with anyway. We'll have to see how it goes.

Madi says you can play any position you want to play...you have the build to be good in all of them. You should watch a few games to get the hang of it. You might just like watching them run that is what Madi likes. But them Madi would rather watch other exercising than actually exercise....

Thank you for the nice compliment about our grandfather clock. We have really enjoyed it. It was our anniversary present to ourselves several years ago. We often wonder if our first cat would have thought to jump up there like Madi...probably not he was quite laid back. If Madi were human she'd probably have been on medicine when she was young and hyper. We had quite an eventful weekend with hummers on a feeding frenzy. I love to hear them squeak by me. Madi and Mom
