Have you ever heard of a place in called Fort Ripley?
It's in Minnesota....
Well we seem to have one in our house too!

Mr. Ripley has his own fort!
He sits in there just waiting....
for anyone to walk by....
That would be fun....
but I don't seem to fit in there....

Remington, I love that you are big and strong. It is nice to be small but sometimes I wish I were big like you. If you had enough snow we could build a snow fort big enough for both of us! That is a pretty cool fort that Ripley has.

That is such a cool fort for Ripley to play in. I would recommend for the humans to wear shoes around the house when walking by the fort though.

That is a REALLY cool fort! They should make stuff like that in Husky and Newfie sizes! If you still have snow, you could make a really cool snow fort... and I'm JUST the guy to come help you! Let me know if we're on! It was in the 70s here yesterday, so needless to say, we have no snow.

That was so funny. It reminded Mum of her mother's cat Figaro who used to hide in the bushes and ambush people who walked past by grabbing their ankles so they fell over.
