- Hi! My name is Golden Oaks Remington Steal My Heart. It's okay if you just call me Remington. I was born January 9, 2009. My dad's name is Golden Oaks Midnight Dream but they call him Bentley and mom's name is Golden Oaks Summer Song and they call her Annie. I was born in Michigan and Mary and David have been taking care of me. I am going to go to Minnesota to live with Mike and Beth. They have a lot of plans for me. Mary says it'll be a fun life! I am really looking forward to it! I'll miss my mom, dad, my brothers and sisters and Mary and David but -- we'll keep in touch....

Happy snow day Rem! Did you notice how amazingly soft the fresh snow makes your fur when you roll in it? My dogs, Amber, Rambo and Brandy love rolling in the snow making doggy snow angels.

Grady and I were out early this morning doing the very same thing. Yesterday was his 5th birthday so we continued the celebration with a good game of chase in the snow.
I almost forgot to tell you..... I FOUND AN OPOSSUM Thursday night and brought it straight home to Mom. I know how much she loves them.
Can you believe that she made me leave it on the deck and then BRUSHED MY TEETH!!!!!.
(She has this rule about no opossum breath kisses.)
Anyway, when I went out right before bed it was gone, so I sniffed it out and brought it back. She wasn't too excited, but I only did it because I love to bring her presents. (I did bring her a mole the other day, but that's no where close to being as good as an opossum)

I would love to join but the snow doesnt look too inviting to me.. I start to shiver when the temperature drops down to 24degree celcius here..

Remy, we've gotten a little behind so we just read about Ozabella. We hope she is well on the road to recovery by now! You are such a sweet brother. We're sure you needed your romp in the snow to relieve the stress of nursing your sister. So it's good you had so much snow to romp in.
