Hi! My name is Golden Oaks Remington Steal My Heart.
It's okay if you just call me Remington. I was born January 9, 2009. My dad's name is Golden Oaks Midnight Dream but they call him Bentley and mom's name is Golden Oaks Summer Song and they call her Annie. I was born in Michigan and Mary and David have been taking care of me. I am going to go to Minnesota to live with Mike and Beth. They have a lot of plans for me. Mary says it'll be a fun life! I am really looking forward to it! I'll miss my mom, dad, my brothers and sisters and Mary and David but -- we'll keep in touch....
You do look a bit a like. That snow of yours, it fell in our yard only Mom won't let us play in it too long. Something about we need dog boots ... we are used to rain and all this white stuff fell all day long.
We heard a pair of pileated woodpeckers in the woods this morning! You and Big Red have fun in the snow! We've got thunderstorms today! Wroooo wroooo, Zack, Sassy and Buddy
Hi Remington! That is a cool bird - we don't see birds like that here (but we think we hear them sometimes!) We miss visiting with you and Ozabella (and speaking of Ozabella we hope she is breathing ok and feeling ok!) Gus would like to ask you something. -------------------- Hi Remington! I am sorry your team lost again. I wanted to ask you permission, since we are both getting close to almost being one year old now, if it would be ok, if, once we are older, like one or something, if Ozabella could be my girlfriendcat - if she wants to of course. I would be very respectful of her of course, but also of you and your wishes. I know we are very young but oh I just think she is so wonderful! Thank you very much. From Gus.
Oh, gosh, a Pileated Woodpecker!! Awesome! They are the biggest woodpecker in this country, I believe. Watch that he doesn't peck the air out of your ball, Rem!!

That might be a cardinal egg. You may need to sit on it and see if it hatches! :)
