Friends....

Good crispy morning to all of you! A nice 19 degrees here in Minnesota! I am enjoying my bone and listening to the radio.
I got some pictures of my outside friends. These are the "wild" cats, as Beth calls them, because they don't want to come to people....they are scared. But Mike and Beth feed them everyday. She says they need to have a good life too. Remember -- these are the same kittens that came here right before Honey Dude got hit by the car and died. Beth said he brought them and the mama cat here because he knew we would take care of them....and we have. Mama cat is really afraid and now another daddy cat is here too. We call the mama and daddy Liberty and Justice. Mike and I got a dog house and put another level in it so there is an upstairs for them and they have more room and we also put a heated mat on the floor so they will stay warm. We put fluffy blankets in there for them. We didn't know if they would go in there or not BUT they did and right away! Now they sleep in there all the time. The other carriers out by the big house are for the food so it isn't outside and they can eat in some sheltered area. Beth says she feels better knowing they are protected from the cold and have food in their tummys. She still feeds the other animals too. Birds, gray fox, deer, anything that walks in our yard. We went to the Aitkins Feed Store today and got two big bags of deer blend for the deer. Beth said they have the best deer food and the deer eat it all up! AND they put a heated bird bath and a heated water bucket on the ground so there is fresh water for all who want. Beth said water is very good for everyone!

Here is a picture of the kittens. These are Frankie (the black one) and Johnny. They are fun to watch.

This is Sweet Jimmy. He made a funny face....ha ha...he is sticking his tongue out!

AND this is the "Kitty Kingdom"....

That is about it for today....I have to do a lot of practicing for school tomorrow night. I hope that cute little girl is there again. Maybe I'll ask her what her name is!
Later. Remington -- enjoying the Minnesota life -- out!

Hey Remington,
BETH AND MIKE are the nicest peeps in Minnesota...
Mom's eyes are nearly leaking from seeing all the nice structures they have built for the 'feral kitty family'. Remington you are so lucky to have Beth and Mike to take care of you and teach you. Good luck with your class tonight...remember what I said tell that pretty girl dog her hair looks nice...girls like that....and if she is wearing snow boots you can also compliment her shoes they like that too.
Give Beth and Mike a big hug from us.
Madi and Mom

As long as she doesn't give Liberty and Justice the last name of 'Fur Ball', she's doing a good thing! :)

Hi Remington! Madi and her mom told us about you and we decided to visit! What a great thing Mike and Beth have done for those outside kitties! Those kitties are really lucky cuz not all outside kitties are taken care of. Our Zoey was an outside kitty for the first 7 months of her life...until mom and dad caught her and made her an inside kitty!

Tell Mike and Beth to keep up the good work with the kitties and all the other animals that wander in!
