We were outside going potty, well I was....the other night and I looked up and saw this thing in the sky. I didn't know what it was. I asked Mike and he said it is the moon. It was so cool. I just kept staring at it. I asked Mike how far way it was and he told me it is about 238,857 miles away. I asked if that is the same as going to Fargo? He said no, it's much, much further and we couldn't go in the car we would have to go in a space craft. I asked if we had one and he said we didn't. He told me that on July 20, 1969 (40 years ago, that is a LONG time ago, I guess) a guy by the name of Neil Armstrong was the first man to walk on the moon. That would be so much fun. I think I will look into doing that. I am young and I have time to plan for this. I will go on google or eBay and see if I can find a space craft for Mike. Maybe he would take me. Then when I get there I can wave at Beth. She would think that was really something!
Today is suppose to be hot again. I wonder if it's hot on the moon?
Better go and watch Sponge Bob....it's really getting good! That Patrick makes me laugh! Later....Remington -- The Space Dog -- over and out!
