I checked the calendar this morning....
And much to my surprise I found
that today is
Some people think it's an unlucky day....
but really it isn't....
I did find out something interesting though....

We have sad news....
Yesterday morning we found
Scotch,
Mr. Ripley's mommy
had passed away.
We found her laying in the
entry way to the house we
have for the feral cats outside.
She would come by every once in awhile.
There were no wounds so we don't know
what happened.
Beth said Scotch must have
wanted to come home
where it was safe.
That is where she was born and that
is where she gave birth to Mr. Ripley.
And at daybreak we looked out
and she was laying in the entry --
she didn't make it in the house.
We cried.

I am so sorry to hear about Scotch going over the rainbow bridge. very sad Rem. thanks for the info on the 13th, i did not know that about the first on Sunday. i am with you, 13th means nothing to me. sympathy hugs to you and beth.

That is very sad about Scotch. In a strange way though, we are glad she came home even if it made everyone sad, at least you'll be able to have closure. RIP, Scotch.

Oh Remington! I'm so sorry to hear about Scotch. It must have been very upsetting for all of you. I'm glad she came home to her safe house for her final resting place. How wonderful to have that picture of her an Mr. Ripley as a keepsake.

Oh that is so sad. I am so sorry for you and your family. At least you can find a nice place for her to rest. And she's running free across the Bridge with lots of great pals to play with.
