Dr. Seuss Day!

Today we celebrate
Theodor Seuss Geisel's!
Or as we know him better as....

Dr. Seuss!

Today would have been his 108th birthday.
However, he passed away in 1991 at the age of 87.

But his work lives on and is enjoyed by many!

He was the creator of countless characters
in his works of literature which included
the Grinch, a bitter creature on a path
to destroy Christmas and his
most iconic character, "The Cat in a Hat"!

I love his books!

They  make me smile!

So today I hope you will
read one OR more of his
books!

Enjoy them, my friends!

And may you have a Seuss filled
weekend!

And you have any snow....

Enjoy that too!

Later -- Remington --
I am hungry....
Green eggs and Ham?
-- out!
not too sure about that....

Wonderful tribute to Dr. Suess. Did you taste the green eggs and ham? We don't care about color, of course, just the smell and taste. We love eggs, but we never get ham.

We never read his books but the Christmas cartoon film with the green monster is fun! Forgotten the name though - hopefully it's not Alzheimer's.
