Reporting from the
RRC....
(Remington Research Center)
Remington, your full moon reporter.
Keep your eyes to the sky tonight for the
Full Snow Moon.
From my extensive research this is what I
have found....
The Full Snow Moon....
Since the heaviest snow usually falls
during this month, native tribes of the
north and east most often
called February's full moon the
Full Snow Moon. Some tribes also
referred to this Moon as the
Full Hunger Moon,
since harsh weather conditions
in their areas made hunting very difficult.

I am hoping it is clear tonight
so my photographer, Mr. Mike,
can get some good shots!
If you happen to be outside about 8:37 tonight
you may be able to hear me howling....
it will be just for you....
Later -- Remington --
do you think this will bring me some snow?
-- out!

We are pleased to hear you are an astronomer Remington, we enjoy all your moon reports.
Hope the snow moon brings you the snow you love, we will keep our paws crossed.
By the way, you should be pleased nobody likes to play the mandolin in your house - we hate it, it is too high pitched and make Mum play in her bedroom where she cant torture our poor ears!

Your howling will surely bring out a full moon! I will be looking and listening for you!

Morning handsome...thank you for the info and maybe...just maybe...we'll be able to see the moon and stars tonight. Today is our first day of sun since last Friday. I guess you know I'll be sunpuddle surfing.
Hugs from your BFFF,
Madi
Woof! Woof! We will check it out too. Mom can never get a good photo. Maybe next time on your Moon Report, you can give advise on Moon Photography. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
Maybe last night's snowfall will make it east and north to you. I'd have to watch a weather map to see which way the storm was headed, though. I'll breathe out and you breathe in and perhaps that would move it along.♥♫
We'll be out there listening for you! The moon was bright last night, too, we saw the raccoons on our deck!
xoxo
Oh HOWL I wish!
Here, it is the 'oh look, the heather is blooming...oh look, there are tulips...oh look, this is WRONG' Full Moon!
