What is that you ask?
From studying this I have found....
A lunar eclipse takes place when the moon, following its orbit around us, passes directly behind Earth as seen from the sun. For people in the western United States the eclipse is deepest just before local dawn. Face west to see the red Moon sinking into the horizon as the sun rises behind your back. It’s a rare way to begin the day.

the Full Cold Moon....
My extensive research on this moon is....
December is the month the winter cold fastens its grip. Sometimes this moon is referred to as the Full Long Nights Moon and the term "Long Night" Moon is a very appropriate name because the nights are now indeed long and the Moon is above the horizon a long time. This particular full moon makes its highest arc across the sky because it's diametrically opposite to the low Sun.
I certainly hope Mr. Mike,
our Full Moon photographer,
will be able to get a good shot tonight.
Be sure to go outside about 9:57 pm

Now...what is this about a Full Moon? Is that why Psycho Riley has been acting a little...well...psycho today? Oh great, can't WAIT til tonight then...sigh! :) Or maybe it doesn't have so much to do with the full moon but with the fact that she's been crated nearly 24/7 for the last 52 days???
