Thank you for all of your prayers. I am asking, if at all possible, for you to continue to pray for him.
We went to the vet and yes, it is a tumor. He will go in at 8:30 am Wednesday morning and be prepped for surgery. First they will do an x-ray to determine if (I like that word) or how far in the bone it may be. After that it will all depend on the extent of what it shows. If it hasn't went in the bone they will do a laser surgery to remove it and send it to the lab to check for....I don't even want to say the word.... If it shows it has went in the bone it will depend on how severe it is....then decisions will have to be made. Mike and I will stay at the clinic during the procedure so the Dr. can talk to us immediately.
We are trying to stay positive. But sometimes your mind goes down the path it shouldn't and then I cry....
This waiting game is NOT one I do well....I had told them I would like it done NOW....but that wasn't to be....
So until Wednesday I am going to spend all of my time with my boy.
I will let you know what happens....

You are in the scariest position imaginable, I know because I have been there. The thing to remember is you never now and there have been lost of advanced made in the dog cancer world. Tubby is a 3 year survivor of mast cell. I always worry something else will pop up and I know that there are some that cannot be treated but some can. I have read of a pug who was successfully treated by an oncologist for cancer of the haw and he lived a good time afterwards. Of course we hope it is nothing
