My little kitty sister,
Ozabella, came to me for
advice. She knows how athletic
I am and she said she has put
on a few pounds over the holidays....
I told her what I tell everyone....
eat healthy food in proper portions....
do moderate exercise....
AND
drink plenty of water....
I do believe she has that one
down pat!
