I am back....

I made it!  

What an awful few days....  

I was really sick, I think Beth told you!

As you can see I look a little disheveled 

and will spend this afternoon getting 

my hair combed and my ears cleaned 

(that is my favorite part!)

 

Let me tell you what I have learned from being sick....

 

1.  That Holly Golightly is a very interesting person.  

Beth read Breakfast at Tiffany's to me.  

Why?  

Who knows....but I do love to be read to....

 

2.  I definatley know all the words to Beth and my song....

(FYI -- this is the song she sang to me on the way to Minnesota the day
they came to get me from Mary....it's been our song ever since....)

She kept singing it to me....

 

3.  That I have the BEST friends in the whole wide world!  

I have read all your comments, emails 

and Beth told me about all the phone calls....

it brings tears to my eyes to think all 

of you like me that much to take 

the time to say a prayer for me 

and to think of me as often as you did.  

Thanks doesn't seem like enough to say 

but that's all I have and 

I do mean it from the 

bottom of my big Newfie heart.....

One more thing -- 

I got a present in the mail from Miss Sasha 

on Friday while I was sick but Beth said 

I had to wait to open it until this afternoon 

so I would enjoy it to the fullest extent.  

So I will be telling you all about it tomorrow!
