I had a pretty quiet weekend.
VERY little snow....
I helped Beth start a new quilt
and Mike worked on his homework.
Here is the quilt Beth and I just finished.
It's made of flannel and is nice warm!
We watched movies on Saturday night --
with TREATS!
I love those fun times!
Ripley is back to normal -- 100%!
We are all happy that is over.
And everything turned out good!
I hope everyone had a fun weekend too!

I knew cats love to quilt, did not know newfies do too!
It has been sunny, and rather mild, once the morning frost has melted.
I spent Saturday in the bathroom, preparing the walls for a well deserved painting, and on Sunday, I turned into a couch potatoe, with cats napping on me.
Btw your cats have a beautiful tower.

Wow, that's a really pretty quilt! Love the colors in it. I'm glad Ripley is doing great and that's a cool pix of him. Movies and popcorn are the greatest for snacks and snuggles.

That is a beautiful quilt. My girl Nina likes to help me with my quilting too. Glad to hear Ripley is back to his old self, but it doesn't look like Ozzabella is too happy with his playing in her face ;-)

The quilt is very pretty, and I have not seen a design like this. I do like things very scheduled, but then that makes me not at all flexible, so I try to go along with spur of the moment things, sometimes they are the best.

We had a quiet weekend here too, but it is nice to relax sometimes too. And of course, no snow here. Heck we had 65 degrees here today. Big drop tonight, but no snow expected.

Learning to quilt is on Mom's bucket list. She really would love to be able to do that.

Tell Beth that I love love LOVE her quilt. It looks so warm and comfy, perfect to cuddle up with for movies and treats and I love the colors! :o) I just love that she got back into quilting!
We also like structure and are pretty strict about keeping mama on our schedule. We each have a comforter on our bedroom beds, but we do not have a handmade quilt. Now we're feeling deprived. Your quilt is gorgeous. Is it for you?
