Football....

Today is about football....

Yeterday was the last game of the
"practice"season for the Vikings....

Vikings 13 -- Bears 17

It was a good game.

Beth was just "a little" excited....

Her favorite player, Jared Allen #69,
broke the Vikings record for
quarterback sacks in a single season.
  And was only a half
of a sack away from matching the NFL record.

As Beth says --

HE ROCKS!

I am certain EVERYONE in the country
heard her hollering....

We also had to say goodbye
to #40, Jim Kleinsasser,
who retired after this game.

He has been with the Vikings for
13 seasons and played tight end.
He originally is from
Carrington, ND --
so being a North Dakota boy
-- Mike and Beth have really
enjoyed watching him!
He also played
with the Fighting Sioux at UND in
Grand Forks, ND while in college.

Goodbye Jim!
You will be missed!

So the Vikings season ends....

I went down to check on Adrian Peterson
the other day.  We decided he needed surgery.
He is doing okay but it will be A LOT of
time to recover.  Hopefully by the season
opener for 2012.

I will be busy working at the
RVC
(Remington's Vikings Center)

getting ready for the next season.
And it WON'T be a practice season!

Later -- Remington --
the #1 Vikings fan
-- out!

Next season is the year for your Vikings! With you backing them, it can't be a practice year. We wondered what that distant hollering was here in Ontario. Your Beth has quite the set of lungs! LOL!

P.S.- Love your hat!

I was wondering what all that noise was. I thought it was the sirens, but maybe it was her! :)
