my LONG vacation.
Mike has this problem....
he is a workaholic....
He took a week's vacation
and after one day of doing nothing
he told Beth and I that he needed
a PROJECT!
So we all sat down and tried to figure
out some small projects around the
house. What we came up with was
putting handles on the kitchen cabinets.
Putting handles on Beth's bathroom
cabinet and a new ceiling fan for her.He put all
new ceiling lights on the main level.

NO!
So we tackled the kitchen....

It was a lot of work but we certainly
had fun doing it!
Now Mike is back at work so
he has something to keep him busy....
That is it my friends....
my long vacation.
This weekend I get to go to the
Little Falls Art Festival and
of course the BIG weekend highlight
is the Vikings season opener
Sunday at 3:00!

Isn't that the way with vacations.. as you as you sit still you start to notice all the things to do! (I've been off this week too and can vouch for that!!). He should be proud of himself, he's done a beautiful job =^..^=

Goodness, you all stayed very busy! Our Meowm is like us, very content to laze around. We are glad so many things got done around your house.
Rem, ask Mike when he can come to our house for a visit, we would certainly make him very welcome and keep him very busy!!! I clicked on the kitchen after picture, what a big difference that makes!!! But it looks like a lot of work! So much prettier!!!
