Art Class 101

Welcome to Art Class 101.

I am Remington your teacher.

To start please get a sketch pad and pencils.

When starting to draw you need a subject.

Subject meaning -- something you
can try to copy to make a picture.

Today my very good friend Eddie has
agreed to be our subject.

Be sure to take your time and
do your very best.

Are you done yet?
If not, please continue on your own.

Well done students!
Drawing can be a very fulfilling hobby.
Enjoy!

Class dismissed!

Later -- Remington --
I need to sharpen my pencil again....
-- out!

MOL Remington
Art 101 is a great summer class there are so many pretty critters running around outside.
Mom saw two Jack rabbits when she took the trash out this morning. They are so cute.

Woo, are you a talented artist! I don't do so good with pencils. In fact, I tend to chew on them. I'm better off sticking to matching colors for my mom as my artistic endeavor!

Dave

Morning Rem,
We knew there was some artistic ability somewhere in the family.

Grady likes to lay on the driveway after the kids have colored with chalk. He comes in looking like a Monet!

Me, I wait until they aren't looking and grab the bucket. This always ends in a good game of chase!

Have a great day.

Hi Remington! We loved your art class - our portrait of Eddie didn't turn out quite as good as yours did though. We think we need more practice with a simpler subject first!

Gus said to tell Ozabella HI and to tell her he hoped she liked his baby pictures!

Oh my Remington, your talents never cease to amaze me. You are a true Renaissance Dog.

We think Eddie is a fine model but how did you get him to be still for long enough to draw him?
