Remington, the Full Moon reporter.
Reporting from the
RRC
(Remington Research Center)
Keep your eyes to the sky tonight!
Full Wolf Moon!
From my extensive research
I have found this information --
Full Wolf Moon.
Amid the zero cold and deep snows of midwinter,
the wolf packs howled hungrily outside Indian villages.
It was also known as the Old Moon or the Moon after Yule.
I got this picture from the internet....
cool, huh?
I doubt I will get a picture like that tonight
(if I do that would mean I would encounter a wolf....
think I will pass on that!)
but I thought it was really neat!
I'll be looking at the moon
with you tonight, my friends!
Later -- Remington --
howling at the moon
-- out!

Thanks for the heads-up on the full wolf moon. I'm gonna watch for it. That's for sure...
pawhugs, Max
So does dis mean there will be wolfie dogs out? Okays, I thinks I'll pass too...unless it's Khyra.
But I htinks I might go howl too. You knows to get backs to my roots.

I am scared of wolves! I mean, they are cool and all, but I prefer my wolves on TV than in real life.
Your pal, Pip
We will look forward to a good howl - well really we don't need a reason but thanks for giving us one!
love

Morning Rem!!!
OMC that is some picture of a wolf and a moon....
Mom was noticing last night that the moon was full and had a ring around it....the old folks used to say that meant the weather was changing...do you have any info about that in RRC?
Hugs Madi

I see the moon, the moon sees me, the moon sees somebody I want to see, thats YOU! I had a sneaky idea a full moon was coming. Just by the way some people have been acting.
I'll keep a lookout for that moon! If I can see it through all the snow falling from the sky! You can cancel any further shipments you have coming my way... I know one is also scheduled for this weekend!

Remington, love the picture of the moon with the wolf!! We hope you can get some good pictures tonight. We'll look but it's raining so it will be cloudy here and we never can seem to get a decent shot! Lots of love, Holly and mom
Yeah, we'll pass on the wolves too. Does this mean my Dingo of a dog, Riley, will be crazy tonight and howl at the moon? Probably!

I suspect that those wolves will be Howling without Me... I'm kinda scared of them, just like Pip is. Shiver SHIVER
Wow, that is an awesome looking moon! We will look for it when we go for our walk tonight. We don't think there are any wolves in Chicago... but we KNOW there are coyotes! They howl at the moon too, don't they?
Is the wolf moon the reason Darwin's been acting so crazy lately?!
We have snow falling now!!!!! Can you believe it????? We will try to check for the moon but we think it might be in hiding here in OP.
Howlwoooooo.

We have seen lots of coyotes and they are almost like wolves, except they run away when you look at them!
Rem: Thanks for your comment on my Anipal Book Club post! I hope you are enjoying your reading and hope you will be blogging a bit about it soon.
To answer your question: We will pick the next book before we finish this one probably when we are reading the last quarter of the book.
xxx Oz
We'll sent Meowm out to check it out and howl for all of you.
You dont have to start a new blog for the book club. You can comment on my, and others, blogs. Thats fine...dont trouble yourself with a whole other blog! Sorry for the confusion!
Remington, I don't know how your mom got that photo of you doing your research but it is great! Thanks for the info in about the Full Wolf Moon. I don't think we'll be seeing it here tonight (though I'll look). We have snow in our forecast again. At least the last snow is gone before we get the new one!
Very cool, my intrepid reasercher friend!!! Love the picture!! I am on my way to look now!
Thanks for letting us know, Remington! We'll check our Mr. Moon while we're doing peepees before bed!
Love ya lots

Good thing I saw the moon last night because there's no chance to see it tonight with the snow flying again! Love your detective work. ♥♫
We will be joining in on the chorus tonight! Listen for us!
I know it is a very full and bright moon here - Mr. Monty has a severe case of the zoomies!
Sam
hey Remington,
Great picture! You must have been busy in your Remington Research Center today. You provided some very good information on the Wolf Moon! Happily, it is snowing heavily here (did you send this snow?! thank you very much!!) so no moon views tonight for me! Just lots of snowflake views!
Suka
Full Moon??
I did not know!
I am going to look at the sky right now!
But... what I do if I start howling??
Kisses and hugs
Lorenza
