Remington, we are so sorry but maybe next week will go much better. Perhaps you should send them yet another play book. It sure helped last time!! Oh, and please tell Ozabella hi from Gus, but if you visit, you might not want to have her watch the second video of him - he is fine but since she is still a little in the girlcrazy stage it could upset her.
