Mr. Tom Foolery
has been caught
and is in jail.
If you remember on Septemeber 1 there was an

saw a gentleman getting off a boat
fitting the description I had sent him.
They followed him and caught him
stealing money from a Gnome on the North Side.
He was arrested immediately.
