Could this get any better?

This has been such a fun weekend!
To start out the day -- football practice.
  Then we went to
Wild Rice Days
in McGregor, MN!
It was more fun than last year,
if that is even possible!
First we stopped at the McGregor Baking Co.
and got our Hot Pastrami sandwiches!
Oh they are SOOOO good!
Then we went to the car show.
Funny....I seemed to be drawn to this pick up....
don't know why....

Guess who else was there?
SpongeBob!
He and I had a nice visit.
Always good to see old friends!

Then we walked around
and looked at the  craft booths.
Everyone was so nice to me.
I met lots of new friends.

On the way home we stopped at
Gilby's Orchard
and got a bag of Zestar apples!
Yummy!
The Honeycrisp won't be ready until next week....
looks like another trip to plan!

When we got home I tried to tell Ozabella all about the day.
She didn't seem too interested.
She was busy watching Suite Life on Deck....
one of her favorite shows.
She's such a teenager!

We had a nice supper and
watched a movie -- WITH popcorn, of course!
It was called Wolfman
and I got scared
and cuddled up to Beth.
Thank goodness, I didn't have any bad dreams....

I have NO clue what today will bring!
But I am ready for ANYTHING!
As long as we are all together.
 Later -- Remington --
maybe I should play the lottery
and get that million....
I sure like having Mike here!
 -- out!

What a wonderful day you and the family had, Remington!!! Our humans are really wanting some new crop apples. Their favorite is the Honey Crisp so it is good to know that they are coming your way soon. We will tell Mom to keep her eyes open for some here. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

what a wonderful day for all of you. We hope you got a good sample of that pastrami! And we like apples too...Honeycrisps are among our faves, but muzzer and dad are always talking about Cortlands and some other strange ones they used to buy at the Minney Soda state Fair. So eat a couple of those for them, OK?

PHEWY that sounded like a big day, I thought Ozabella would of been a Sonny with a Chance or Wizards of Waverley Place kind of gal.

Nom nom hope Mike and Beth shared some apple with you, and good luck with the football practice!

What a fantastic day you had! You know, I kinda like that pickup truck, too. I think you'd look perfect riding along in that.

You have a very interesting and enjoyable blog over here. I'll be back to visit more. Glad you had such a great holiday weekend!
