On today's News Update --
OZ
I have had so many questions about my new little brother that I thought I had better address them....
First off -- he is doing great!
What does he do all day, you ask?
To start off -- he eats....
He is still on the bottle every three hours (until bedtime) and will be until he is 6 weeks old....
Vet's orders....
Vet's orders....
He has also started some moist food mixed with formula and likes that!
Then he takes a nap....
followed by many, many more of them all day long!
He likes to fall asleep in Beth's hand after eating....
He also sleeps through the night (or atleast doesn't make any noise until morning). Beth has his carrier on her nightstand facing her so he can see her. He doesn't say a word until he hears Beth talk.
Isn't he nice?
He knows how to use the litter box. He has a little one all of his own.
NO POTTY PICTURES....
After more naps....it's bathtime!
He gets one bath a day....Vet's orders!
Now that he is getting use to it -- he just stands in the water.
He REALLY likes the blow dryer afterwards....
Then he plays....
AND PLAYS!
And then more naps!
He is 4 weeks old!
And that is the "Oz Update" -- I hope you enjoyed the show!

Rem thank you so much for your very thorough update on Oz!!! He is one lucky kitty and has such good manners oh my cats @ 4 weeks he is using the litter box. Beth and Mike are in charge of TLC and you are in charge of FUN.

Oz is so lucky to live with you Remington, you are showing him such gentleness and nurturing, just like a big kitty.
Beth, I saw a former 1st grade student yesterday. He is now 37 years old, married, and he and his wife just had their first child...they named the little boy Remington Allen and call him Remington...Of course I told them all about your Remington...

Aww..so cute. Why does he get so many baths? I know you said vet orders just curious of the reason behind it. We've never had a kitty that tiny before. Sounds like Beth and you are doing a great job raising him though Remington.
He is just so little!!! I'm so glad you play gently with him. Beth is a great mom taking care of such a little kitten.
PS - I was SO hoping that Remington gets to sleep in the bed. I had that picture in my mind when I wrote that post! :)

What an amazing fur-bro (or bro-fur) you are to little sweet Oz! You provided a great update and super photos of the adorable little guy! It sure is a lot of work caring for a baby kitty, but you and your humans seem to have it under control. I think little Oz is going to thrive under all your attention, love, and care!
