Phil Says Six More Weeks!
Hear Ye Hear Ye Hear Ye
On Gobbler's Knob on this glorious Groundhog Day, February 2nd, 2010, Punxsutawney Phil, Seer of Seers, Prognosticator of all Prognosticators awoke to the call of President Bill Deeley and greeted his handlers, John Griffiths and Ben Hughes.
After casting a joyful eye towards thousands of his faithful followers, Phil proclaimed, "If you want to know what's next, you must read my text. As the sky shines bright above me, my shadow I see beside me. So six more weeks of winter it will be."
Later -- Remington -- still glad there is six more weeks of winter -- SNOW FOOTBALL, anyone? -- out!

Hi Rem, YOu cannot trust that little rodent...he is tricky sneaky guy. You can look out your window see all the snow and know that there will be 6 more weeks of winter. HA!!!

Hey Remington, I'm in for some snow football with you! But six more weeks of it...my mom says ughhh. Driving to the hospital in the freezing cold sucks for her. But we (you and I) have big furry coats, so we don't care. You know who else that Groundhog looks like. The guy in Caddyshack...maybe he's a relative of the one who gave Bill Murray such a hard time. LOL....Much LOVE. Woof soon!!
Hiya Remington! I saw where you wanted to know what I did with Phil. Just to ease your fears, there were no groundhogs harmed in the postin' of my blog. But, I cannot guarantee the same fate for any that I run into out in my fields.
