Decorating for Christmas

Well, we decorated for Christmas. I didn't know what Christmas was until Beth told me the story about Baby Jesus. It was very good. She said that is the true meaning of Christmas and we should not forget that! I won't, I promise!
We decorated the inside of the house with pretty things and we put a TREE in the house. Yes, my friends, there is a tree in our living room! Mike said it wasn't a real one -- it just looks like a real one. Then Mike and I put pretty gold lights on it so it twinkles! I really like it. However, during the night I forgot we did all of this and woke up and looked and saw the tree and started howling. Mike got up and turned the lights on the tree so I would remember. Then I was ok. There sure are alot of things to remember.
Today Beth and I are going to wrap presents. I don't know why we have to wrap them but I just go along with whatever her little heart desires. She's cute.
Here are some pictures of our decorating adventure....
This is Mike and I putting up the tree....

Dudley took a "cat" nap while we were busy working....

This is a pretty little doll that moves around with a lighted candle....strange....

Mike and I did it!

Keisha said she heard a reindeer on the roof....what? I didn't think the deers could go on our roof....Beth said she would explain that later....

This is me by my Newfie stocking....Beth said we had to hang our socks on the fireplace for some guy called Santa....again, she said she would explain that to me later!

Our Christmas decorating is done!

Beth said that maybe after the game today she would tell me why the socks are up and who this Santa guy is.
BUT for now we are gearing up for the big game! GO VIKINGS!
Later -- Remington -- the decorating Newf -- out!

Your house looks beautiful. We love the tree in the corner. You and Dudley will need to walk by it very carefully. I bet you'll get goodies in your stocking.
Happy Sunday to you and we hope the Vikings win today. NCSU beat our arch rivals unc YESTERDAY in the last game of the season.
We are happy,
Madi and Mom

Please come talk to me after your Mom tells you about Santa. I would like to know as well. I think it has something to do with where puppies come from!
